Please join us for a ribbon cutting on Monday October 28th at 5pm! To celebrate we will be offering free evening classes at 5:30pm and 6:30pm! See class descriptions below.
TRV|X 5:30pm - TRV|X is our staple class and will be what you see on the schedule the most. It covers anything from strength training to cardio and most of the time is a happy medium focusing on muscular endurance. We use everything from dumbbells, kettlebells, plyo boxes, all the way to rowers and assault bikes. You’ll never take the same class twice!
SWEAT 6:30pm - SWEAT is our HIIT or fat loss and toning class. It is about compound and complex movements to get the heart rate into that fat burning zone. The class is entirely time based and definitely full of energy!
